This e-learning course is supported fully online. You’ll focus on leading people in teams, communicating and planning & organising the team’s work. After successfully completing the course and a personal development record, you’ll also complete a knowledge assessment, a presentation and a mini-project. Once you’ve been awarded the Certificate, you’ll be eligible for Associate Membership (AInstLM) of the ILM.
