This e-learning course is supported fully online, with a full online induction programme.
You’ll focus on essential areas like managing resources, managing change and developing people. After successfully completing the course and an assessed work-based assignment, you’ll be awarded the Introductory Certificate – and be eligible for Associate Membership (AInstLM) of the ILM.
