Course Overview

Accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), the course leads to a nationally-recognised qualification, and is designed to help you develop your supervisory skills. Covering everything from decision making and time management to health and safety, it's a truly comprehensive course.

Pre-requisites

This course is for students aged 18 and over who are practising or potential first line managers with 2 years full time or 3 years part time work experience (not necessarily in a management or supervisory role).

Assessment

Students are required to successfully complete 12 segment reviews and a 1000 word, work-based assignment, set by ILM.

Please note that ILM membership fees are additional to course fees.
