Course Overview

Designed to give you an overview of the whole area of sales and selling, you'll learn about the psychology of selling, buyer behaviour, how to forecast accurately, and how to manage a sales force. This course will give you the skills and knowledge you need to be a success in a challenging field.

Assessment
