Giving you the theoretical knowledge you need to do the job effectively, this course leads to a valuable nationally-recognised award. You’ll start with the basics: health, safety and welfare. Then, you’ll tackle electrical principles, heating, ventilation & air conditioning and refrigeration technology.

Pre-requisites

You must be over 16 to take this course and be educated to at least GCSE standard D-G or hold an NVQ at level 1, or a GNVQ Foundation Certificate. You will also require access to the internet.
